The Museum of... Truffles

Yes, indeed. This weekend marks the opening of Tuscany's first and only truffle museum, dedicated to the mushroom-like funghi with the earthy taste and a price that's usually out in the stratosphere. Housed in a 13th century castle, the museum is most proud of its high-tech "odorama" exhibition which will allow visitors a full sensate experience.
